Who we are
AMH Performance is a coaching business operated by Andy Morgan-Harrison in Hull, East Yorkshire. For questions about personal information, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, any optional phone number, selected coaching interests, and the message you send. We use these details to respond, discuss suitable services and manage any resulting coaching relationship. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps requested before providing services.
Please don't send sensitive medical details through this enquiry form. For children and young people, a parent or guardian should contact us.
How enquiries are processed
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. The enquiry form is processed by the third-party service FormSubmit, which forwards submissions by email to our Zoho Mail business inbox. These service providers may process personal data under their own processing arrangements, potentially including processing outside the UK.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to answer your query, manage any subsequent coaching relationship, or meet legal obligations. We do not use enquiry form details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis. We do not sell enquiry details.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, object to processing or raise privacy concerns. Some rights may depend on the circumstances. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office via ico.org.uk.
